Using the digits indicated by the larger circles gives the phone number (512) 848-4488. Note that the same number is derived from both CDs. This was done intentionally, as we didn't want teams to get only nine of the ten numbers, and then call ten people randomly during the wee hours of the morning. (At least one team did, however.)
The phone number led to Mason Weems, who told teams where to look for the next puzzle.
